his partner, Robert Leo, without authority, left the place on the entry on
which they worked, and took a motor from the double parting to move
a full car from their entry; they coupled the motor to the car, the
deceased winding the cable on the reel; upon reaching the place where
the wire was led to, he attempted to take the cable off it; it doing so,
he touched the uncovered hook, which was charged, I am informed, with a voltage
of 500. Instant death resulted.)
