the face of a room in the Madison Mine, January 22, 1902. He was at
work with an older brother, and at the time of the accident was loading a
mine car. Upon examination I found that the coal had not been spragged
as it should have been. I was informed by the mine foreman that he
had frequently called Hamilton's attention to his neglect in this particular,
and had done so as late as the date before the accident.)
