PA and again later for Allegheny River Mining.);
(In ca.1965 he had a heart attack in the mine and never returned to work.);
He passed away in March of 1966 and is buried in Iselin beside his wife ,

carrying coalite, a high explosive, in his pocket without being encased in
a non-conductive box or receptacle, while riding in a motor trip into aforesaid
mine, whereby the lives of persons employed therein and the security of the
mine were endangered. Plead guilty and was sentenced to pay a fine of $100.00,
