Injures suffered yesterday moring in a fall of rock in the Tub Creek Colliery
Co. mine about 1/2 mine from Bolivar resulted in the death of Joseph McElwee
who died at 8:35 o"clock last eveningThe vittim sustained injuries of a facture
of the right leg and fracture of the pelvis and internal injuries, he was
empoyed as a miner.
