Burrell No. 2 Mine (ca.1899-1904),
Located on the Indiana Branch of the Western Pennsylvania Division of the Pennsylvania Railroad, just north of Blairsville, near Smith, Burrell Twp., Indiana Co., PA.

[Burrell No. 2 Mine was listed as abandoned ca.1904.]

A portion of the ca.1902 Geological Map of the Greensburg, Pa 15 min Quad., showing the location of the Burrell No. 1 Mine and Burrell No. 2 Mine, also the Burrell No. 3 Mine in Westmoreland County.  Burrell No. 1 Mine was located just east of Blairsville, on the Conemaugh Division of the Pennsylvania Railroad.  Burrell No. 2 Mine was located near Smith, on the Indiana Branch of the Pennsylvania Railroad.
