putting posts under it, or in taking it down instead of shoveling coal from
under it. The testimony showed that they intended to take it down as
soon as the coal was cleaned back and when all but the last shovelful was
cleaned back, the slate fell on Chuhrun. He was only a short time working
in this vein and seemed not to realize the danger from the slate.);

the wire was down and Hayas stepped out of the mine car, in the confusion,
on the side the wire was on, in the Banning No. 2 Mine, June 11, 1914.)
