| Elizabeth Mine & Coke Works as it appeared
many years after the mine was closed. Five coal company houses remain
along the West Penn Trolley line to Youngstown. The remains of the
trolley bridge is still across Loyalhanna Creek. The line of white
dots, top of picture, are the remains of the bee-hive coke ovens of the Eliaabeth
Coke Works. Loyalhanna Creek runs trought the center of the
