DESCRIPTION:

HISTORY:
Guy P. Masters was a Superintendent of the Argyle Mine at South Fork, Cambria County, Pennsylvania. His home at 438 Main Street in South Fork at one time housed the payroll office for the Argyle Mnes. His grandfather, Joseph P. Wilson, ran the Argyle mines from 1881 until his death in 1906.
