been left on a parting 90 feet inside the pit mouth where an entry turns
to the left. The day drivers and some of the miners were pushing the
wagons to give them a start, and in so doing they had a chain between some
of them so that the jerk would assist in giving them a start. The victim
was pushing on a wagon on the inside of a curve, when a sudden jerk of the
chain pulled the wagon that the victim was pushing off the track, and crushed
his head between car and rib. He had been warned to get away from that
side of the car.)
